Well I suppose it had to happen sometime. All good things must come to an end, right?
Today, the Mr & I had to go back to work. Sad face.
But don't feel too badly for us -- today was a normal day, but tomorrow we're heading to Toronto for the week and working from there. And we only really have to work in the evenings, so I'll have to spend all day shopping. And we get to stay in a nice hotel downtown.
Tough, right? :)
So really, this particular Monday was a fairly welcome one.

Kaleidoscope Heart -- album by Sara Bareilles
Love, love, love this album! If you've never listened to Sara Bareilles, I thoroughly encourage you to check her out!
Her songs have all the catchiness of a lot of mainstream female pop singers, but more musical sophistication. She plays the piano, and from the sounds of it, does most of her own vocal harmonies -- so good! I don't know how she isn't more well known -- so much talent!

This is tough, because they're all so good in their own way!
I'd single out "King of Anything" and "Let the Rain". And "Breathe Again". Ok I'll stop there :)
